Dramatic video shows a suspect in a fatal deputy shooting crashing his motorcycle in a high-speed chase in San Bernardino County, California.

Agents from the FBI, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, the Diplomatic Security Service and the U.S. Marshals Service also were patrolling with two MPD officers and the HSI agent who shot at Brown, according to the police report. They stopped Brown for having heavily tinted windows and no front plate on his sport utility vehicle, the report says.

A police officer and two gas station clerks were injured in a shooting near South Parker Road and Peoria Street Monday night, according to the Denver Police Department. The suspect was shot and killed by police.

The suspect in the Oct. 19 shooting in Alabama that left high school cheerleader Kimber Mills dead now faces a murder charge, according to officials.

Two portions of video show that the suspect fired about five rounds before an officer returned fire with about nine shots, including one that struck the man.

Detroit Police Department officers responded at approximately 9 p.m. to the 2200 block of Larned Street for a fatal shooting. The department said it appears the victim, identified only as an adult male, was shot in a vehicle at the site. DPD described the circumstances surrounding the incident as "unknown at this time."

The victim told police Christopher Corbi shot at her multiple times, striking her in her wrist, according to court filings.

A civil trial is underway in Virginia nearly three years after a then-6-year-old student shot his first grade teacher in an elementary school classroom. The teacher, Abby Zwerner, is seeking $40 million over the January 2023 shooting at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia, according to the civil complaint.
