Keith Poirier is celebrating a big win in western Massachusetts.

A Connecticut Lottery player claimed a $200,000 prize on Thursday from a winning scratch-off ticket. The winner, a Waterbury resident, won the top prize of $200,000 from a game of 100X 2nd Edition.

A Benton resident, who has elected to remain anonymous, won a $1 million top prize on Instant Million. She claimed her prize at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on March 3, 2026.

The lucky winner can choose annual payments of $1 million, or a one-time cash option for $14.5 million.
