Unsafe behavior needs consequences. When you evacuate, the aggressive child stays in control while the rest of the kids are left traumatized. That’s not safety—that’s chaos. The better approach? Remove the aggressive student, not the entire class. And if the child refuses, you stand them up and move them. That is NOT ab
