Postmodern tattoo concept inspired by the iconic praying hands by Albrecht Dürer. A motif many realistic and Chicano tattoo artists have done — but not everyone knows where it originally comes from. In this version, I shift the meaning. Instead of praying to God, the hands are worshipping capital. First, a loose rough sketch to build the composition. Then clean linework on 90gsm transparent paper using fineliners 1.0 for bold outlines and 0.3 for the details. Traditional drawing process. #tattoo
